Cameras and Cold

There is something interesting that happens when you take your camera out into the cold. Everything is fine. The real trouble starts when you bring it back inside. Then every glass surface clouds up. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes for everything to warm up and unfog. If you take the lens off the camera I think it helps it warm up. Either way, you’re going to be stuck with how it is until the whole thing warms up. Then I’m guessing it’s fine. I’m not seeing any focus problems now, and all the images are now crisp.
